Badges
We are happy to announce that we will be able to provide a same day service for embroidery and printed badges. This service is only available to retail customers that want to add something special to their custom cap. We have most shapes and designs on file which will allows you to create something extra special, so your cap stands out from the rest.
We can provide 2D/3D embroidery on the badge also full colour print with embroidery on top for that added uniqueness. Designs that are very detailed we can get made using our woven badge service which has a minimum order 50 units and take 2 weeks to produce. If you can send us your design requirements we can give you a quote on the best method for your badge. The type of badges we can do on a same day service are:
- Embroidered badges any shape
- Embroidery with vinyl print
- Vinyl print badges – Metallic, matt and glossy colours
- Vinyl print with embroidery on top
- Full colour print badges with embroidered edge
We are always developing new decoration methods for Badge so if there is any service you see that is not here please let us know and we do our best to get you what you want.
Repair
We are able to repair most snapback snaps on the spot form our store in Camden or you can send your cap to us and we can send the cap back to you repaired. We can replace the plastic snap adjustors with new ones as we stock most colours, you can also mix colours like Red/Blue so you don’t have to stick to one colour.
We can also replace the button on top of the crown if this becomes damaged or discoloured. If you want a different strap style we can add a leather strap with metal buckle Or a fabric strap which is common on dad style baseball caps.
Our repairs are normally done on the spot and take no longer than 10 minutes to do depending on what you want. We are up for new ideas and methods or if you want something different please let us know and we will do our best to give you what you want. Our price for this service is £7 per cap. We also repair damaged crown buttons which can also be replaced with a different colour. We are able to offer other repair services such as: Sewing badges and emblems.
